- As a former stockholder (now with worthless certificates), the only thing
- that would lead me to believe that a conspiracy existed was the fact that
- both Irving and Medhi bought a special kind of insurance - to cover themselves
- in the event of lawsuits - several months before putting the company in
- voluntary liquidation.
