  19. As a former stockholder (now with worthless certificates), the only thing
  20. that would lead me to believe that a conspiracy existed was the fact that
  21. both Irving and Medhi bought a special kind of insurance - to cover themselves
  22. in the event of lawsuits - several months before putting the company in
  23. voluntary liquidation.
